ALL PRICES ARE NONNEGOTIABLE. BOOK THE SERVICES YOU NEED. THEY ARE TIMED FOR A REASON. I WILL NOT PERFORM ANY SERVICES NOT BOOKED IN ADVANCE. Guests are not permitted at all. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN. Only the person being serviced will be allowed entry. If you arrive early, you will be asked to wait in your vehicle until your appointment time.

HAIR IS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY SERVICE UNLESS STATED IN SPECIFIC PROMOTION. MAY BE PURCHASED ONLINE PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT AT AN ADDITIONAL COST.

Payment is accepted via cash only at this time. Your prices are visible when you book your appointment. PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchange only on a case by case basis if product is deemed defective or substandard.

Appointments not rescheduled or cancelled 72 hours or more prior will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. No-Shows will be charged the full service amount. 

After a 15 minute grace period, $2 per minute will be assessed for all late arrivals. After 30 minutes you will be required to reschedule.

ALL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL. THIS INCLUDES HAIR AND WIGS. CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENT DOES NOT RESULT IN REFUND. EXCHANGES ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS ONLY IF THERE IS A QUALITY ISSUE AT THE OWNERS DISCRETION.
