ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchange only on a case by case basis if product is deemed defective or substandard.

Appointments not rescheduled or cancelled 72 hours or more prior will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. No-Shows will be charged the full service amount. After a 15 minute grace period, $2 per minute will be assessed for all late arrivals. After 30 minutes you will be required to reschedule

ALL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL. THIS INCLUDES HAIR AND WIGS. CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENT DOES NOT RESULT IN REFUND. EXCHANGES ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS ONLY IF THERE IS A QUALITY ISSUE AT THE OWNERS DISCRETION.
